Regulile aplicabile utilizării site-ului și achiziției programului Back to Business.
Back to Business este un eveniment educațional online, organizat în data de 3 octombrie 2026, destinat antreprenorilor, freelancerilor și persoanelor interesate de dezvoltarea unui business.
Evenimentul include sesiuni de training susținute de speakeri și traineri invitați, axate pe Marketing, Sales/Scaling și Operations, precum și acces la beneficiile incluse în pachetul Standard sau VIP, conform descrierii de pe pagina de vânzare.
Programul, ordinea speakerilor și anumite elemente ale evenimentului pot suferi modificări dacă acest lucru este necesar pentru buna desfășurare a evenimentului.
Evenimentul are caracter educațional și nu reprezintă consultanță juridică, fiscală, financiară sau de investiții și nu garantează obținerea unor venituri, vânzări, clienți sau alte rezultate financiare.
Poți achiziționa un bilet dacă ai cel puțin 18 ani și capacitate deplină de exercițiu.
Persoanele sub 18 ani pot participa doar cu acordul și, dacă este necesar, prin achiziția efectuată de către un părinte sau reprezentant legal.
Dacă achiziționezi biletul în numele unei persoane juridice, declari că ai dreptul să reprezinți respectiva entitate.
Anumite drepturi legale menționate în acești Termeni și Condiții se aplică exclusiv consumatorilor persoane fizice.
Prețul biletului este cel afișat pe pagina oficială Back to Business în momentul efectuării comenzii.
Sunt disponibile două categorii principale de acces: Standard și VIP, fiecare incluzând beneficiile prezentate pe pagina de vânzare. Numărul biletelor, în special pentru categoria VIP, poate fi limitat.
Organizatorul poate oferi prețuri promoționale, Early Bird sau alte reduceri pentru perioade limitate. După expirarea perioadei promoționale, prețul poate fi modificat fără a afecta comenzile deja achitate.
Plata se efectuează online prin Stripe. Datele cardului sunt procesate direct de către procesatorul de plăți și nu sunt stocate de organizator.
Comanda este considerată confirmată după procesarea cu succes a plății și transmiterea confirmării către cumpărător.
Înainte de efectuarea plății, cumpărătorul are posibilitatea să verifice tipul de bilet ales, prețul total, datele introduse și documentele legale aplicabile. Contractul se consideră încheiat în momentul în care plata este confirmată.
După efectuarea plății, participantul primește confirmarea achiziției și instrucțiunile necesare pentru accesarea evenimentului și a beneficiilor incluse în categoria de bilet achiziționată.
Accesul la Back to Business și informațiile necesare participării, inclusiv linkul de acces la eveniment, vor fi comunicate prin e-mail și/sau prin comunitatea oficială a evenimentului.
Participantul este responsabil să introducă o adresă de e-mail corectă și să verifice inclusiv folderele Spam sau Promotions. Linkurile de acces sunt personale și nu pot fi distribuite altor persoane.
Beneficiile suplimentare aferente biletului VIP, inclusiv accesul la înregistrarea evenimentului și la activitățile speciale de networking, vor fi oferite conform informațiilor prezentate pe pagina de vânzare.
Materialele, structura, textele și înregistrările sunt protejate. Achiziția oferă o licență personală, limitată, neexclusivă și netransferabilă pentru folosirea materialelor în propriul business.
Evenimentul Back to Business se desfășoară online, la data și în intervalul orar comunicate pe pagina oficială a evenimentului și prin canalele de comunicare puse la dispoziția participanților.
Sesiunile pot fi înregistrate de către organizator. Prin participarea la eveniment, participanții înțeleg că anumite sesiuni pot fi înregistrate în scopul furnizării accesului ulterior persoanelor care beneficiază de acest drept conform biletului achiziționat.
În cazul în care participanții intervin cu vocea sau imaginea în cadrul evenimentului, aceștia pot apărea incidental în înregistrare. Pentru utilizarea separată a numelui, imaginii, vocii sau testimonialului unui participant în scop promoțional, organizatorul va solicita, atunci când este necesar, acordul corespunzător.
Înregistrarea integrală sau parțială a evenimentului de către participanți, precum și distribuirea, revânzarea sau publicarea materialelor fără acordul organizatorului sunt interzise.
Consumatorul beneficiază, în principiu, de 14 zile pentru retragerea dintr-un contract la distanță. Detaliile și formularul online sunt pe pagina Retragere din contract. Dacă soliciți începerea prestării în perioada de retragere, pot deveni aplicabile regulile privind plata proporțională sau pierderea dreptului după executarea completă, numai în condițiile legii și pe baza acordurilor necesare.
Anularea programului de către organizator determină restituirea sumelor pentru serviciile nelivrate.
Trimite reclamația la claudia_cioceanu@yahoo.com. Încercăm soluționarea amiabilă. Consumatorii pot consulta mecanismul SAL al ANPC și se pot adresa autorităților sau instanțelor competente. Nu includem fosta platformă europeană ODR/SOL, deoarece a fost închisă.
Fiecare participant este responsabil pentru deciziile sale comerciale. Nu răspundem pentru rezultate dependente de piață, ofertă, implementare sau servicii terțe, în limitele legii. Nimic nu exclude răspunderea care nu poate fi exclusă legal sau drepturile obligatorii ale consumatorului.
Se aplică legea română, fără a priva consumatorul din UE de protecția obligatorie acordată de legea țării sale. Versiunea aplicabilă achiziției este cea acceptată la data comenzii și transmisă cu confirmarea.
Prin plasarea unei comenzi, confirmi că ai citit și accepți prezentii termeni și condiții.
Back to Business is an online educational event, held on 3 October 2026, intended for entrepreneurs, freelancers and people interested in developing a business.
The event includes training sessions delivered by invited speakers and trainers, focused on Marketing, Sales/Scaling and Operations, as well as access to the benefits included in the Standard or VIP package, as described on the sales page.
The schedule, the order of the speakers and certain elements of the event may be modified if this is necessary for the proper running of the event.
The event is educational in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not guarantee the achievement of any income, sales, clients or other financial results.
You may purchase a ticket if you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
Persons under 18 may participate only with consent and, where necessary, through a purchase made by a parent or legal representative.
If you purchase the ticket on behalf of a legal entity, you declare that you are entitled to represent that entity.
Certain legal rights mentioned in these Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to consumers who are natural persons.
The ticket price is the one displayed on the official Back to Business page at the moment the order is placed.
Two main access categories are available: Standard and VIP, each including the benefits presented on the sales page. The number of tickets, particularly for the VIP category, may be limited.
The organiser may offer promotional, Early Bird or other discounted prices for limited periods. After the promotional period expires, the price may be modified without affecting orders that have already been paid.
Payment is made online through Stripe. Card data is processed directly by the payment processor and is not stored by the organiser.
The order is considered confirmed after the payment has been successfully processed and the confirmation has been sent to the buyer.
Before making the payment, the buyer has the possibility to check the type of ticket selected, the total price, the data entered and the applicable legal documents. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the payment is confirmed.
After the payment is made, the participant receives the purchase confirmation and the instructions needed to access the event and the benefits included in the ticket category purchased.
Access to Back to Business and the information required for participation, including the event access link, will be communicated by e-mail and/or through the official community of the event.
The participant is responsible for entering a correct e-mail address and for checking the Spam or Promotions folders as well. Access links are personal and may not be shared with other persons.
The additional benefits associated with the VIP ticket, including access to the event recording and to the special networking activities, will be provided in accordance with the information presented on the sales page.
The materials, the structure, the texts and the recordings are protected. The purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials within your own business.
The Back to Business event takes place online, on the date and within the time interval communicated on the official page of the event and through the communication channels made available to participants.
The sessions may be recorded by the organiser. By taking part in the event, participants understand that certain sessions may be recorded for the purpose of providing subsequent access to the persons entitled to it under the ticket purchased.
Where participants intervene with their voice or image during the event, they may appear incidentally in the recording. For the separate use of a participant’s name, image, voice or testimonial for promotional purposes, the organiser will request, where necessary, the appropriate consent.
The recording of the event, in whole or in part, by participants, as well as the distribution, resale or publication of the materials without the organiser’s consent are prohibited.
As a matter of principle, the consumer benefits from 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The details and the online form are available on the Withdrawal from the contract page. If you request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, the rules regarding proportionate payment or the loss of the right after full performance may become applicable, only under the conditions of the law and on the basis of the necessary agreements.
Cancellation of the program by the organiser results in the refund of the amounts paid for the services not delivered.

Each participant is responsible for their own commercial decisions. We are not liable for results that depend on the market, the offer, implementation or third-party services, within the limits of the law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded, or the mandatory rights of the consumer.
Romanian law applies, without depriving the EU consumer of the mandatory protection granted by the law of their own country. The version applicable to the purchase is the one accepted on the date of the order and sent together with the confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.
In case of any discrepancies between the Romanian and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Romanian version shall prevail.
