Dacă ești consumator, ai în principiu dreptul să te retragi din contract în 14 zile, fără să justifici decizia. Pentru servicii, termenul curge de la încheierea contractului. Este suficient să transmiți o declarație neechivocă înainte de expirarea termenului.
Dacă ai cerut expres începerea serviciului în perioada de retragere, poți datora o sumă proporțională cu serviciile furnizate până la notificare. Dreptul poate înceta după prestarea completă numai dacă executarea a început cu acordul tău prealabil expres și ai confirmat că înțelegi consecința. Pentru conținut digital se aplică reguli specifice și sunt necesare acordurile prevăzute de lege.

If you are a consumer, you are in principle entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without justifying your decision. For services, the period runs from the conclusion of the contract. It is sufficient to send an unequivocal statement before the period expires.
If you have expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the moment of notification. The right may cease after full performance only if performance began with your prior express consent and you confirmed that you understand the consequence. Specific rules apply to digital content, and the agreements provided for by law are required.

In case of any discrepancies between the Romanian and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Romanian version shall prevail.
